Refund and returns Policy

  1. Returns
Any product may be returned and fully refunded/exchanged for an item of the same value provided they are not listed in Section 1.2 for products not eligible for return and the return process is commenced within the first 7 days from when you order has been delivered to your door. You can return any item provided that the following requirements are met. We allow a 7 Day warranty on clothes. Please note this is the only other time you may return a product after the first 30 days. We are entitled to refuse a return if:.
  • The item is undamaged and has all the original stickers and labels still attached.
  • Your item’s packaging is able to be resealed.
  • You have logged a return through email or through our website within 7 days.
Once we have received and inspected the product, granted it has met all of our requirements, we will begin the refund or exchange process.  The refund process can take between 3-7 working days to be processed and an additional 3 days to reflect into your account.
If you would like to exchange your item, you may. The exchange item must the same price as the item the you have purchased; all exchanges will be done with no courier fee.
In the rare instance that we have made a mistake with package that we have sent you and it is not what you have ordered we will send out a courier and replace your items for free.
Products not eligible for return
These items are not able to be returned or exchanged.
  • Intimate items
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Any item that has been specifically made to your specifications
1.3 Defective products
We try our best to ensure that we send out garments of the highest quality.
We consider a defect to be an imperfection and shortfall of the quality of the product and one that any person will find acceptable.
The following is not a defect.
  • Normal wear and tear which is a result from prolonged use.
  • The garments have been used in such a way that can considered negligent and abuse.
  • The damage that is caused from sea air corrosion
  • The lack of care of the product
  • The altering of the product
2. Warranty
Once you have received your products, please make sure to inspect it to make sure that there are no defects. If there are any defects with the products, please inform us as soon as possible, if you are unable to, you have 3 days after delivery to inform us of any defects. A defect and complaint can be logged through our website or by email.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and determine whether or not it is a valid defect, if there is no defect you will be liable for a courier fee to have your goods returned to you. If there is a defect we will replace and send out the exchanged item with no courier fee.
